网易娱乐2月14日报道 电影《我的爷爷是老兵》于1月7日在江苏无锡开机，目前正在热拍当中。该片由新秀导演许多执导，剧作家吕新、小八编剧，马莉出品，顾蛮、潘镜丞监制，老戏骨沙景昌、新秀郑伟、甜姑娘邓燕歌、实力演员赵麟等倾情出演。该片是马莉与吕新既《正义联盟》之后再次携手创造的影视佳作。自开机以来，美女导演许多也备受关注。汇聚美貌与智慧的她，曾经荣获南京小姐冠军称号，出演过《嫁衣》《8848》《天使艾美丽》《唐山大地震》《旗袍旗袍》等众多经典影视作品。演而优则导，早在2008年北京奥运会时，许多就曾担任《文字》表演节目统筹导演，2016年8月她完成首部自导自编的处女作《呦呦鹿鸣》。有这样一位优秀女导演坐阵执导，便进一步刷新了观众的期待值。
《我的爷爷是老兵》讲述了一个关于亲情和责任的都市故事。看似穷凶极恶的少年宋鹏飞和彪子为生计参与抢劫，却被年迈的老人李国栋击退，于是宋鹏飞伪装成老人战争中失散的孙子，进入他的生活伺机报复，但亲人般的朝夕相处使宋鹏飞和彪子心中的坚冰慢慢融化，最终，老人与两位少年站在了统一战线，并肩面对最终的危机……
影片制作精良，主演人选也是由制片方精益求精，多番权衡后敲定。出演老兵李国栋的是中国国家话剧院一级演员沙景昌先生，演艺生涯已有四十余载，佳作不胜枚举。从先前曝光的剧照来看，李国栋一看便是一个和蔼可亲的老爷爷。其实他还是个大隐隐于市的“高手”，心中有剑，虽不彰显武功，却靠心中的剑去融化对手手里的剑。与沙老上演对手戏的是饰演宋鹏飞的小演员郑伟，虽只有16岁，郑伟却也曾主演过《百鸟朝凤》这样深沉的现实主义作品，实力不容小觑。甜姑娘邓燕歌在片中饰演宋鹏飞的老师周颜，是片中唯一主要女性角色。她对两个孩子的关怀不仅出于职业道德，更多的是她天性中的善良与无私，为了引导两个学生重归正途，她不惧困难与黑暗，年轻的周颜身上散发着与生俱来的母性的光辉。片中的大反派老魏由赵麟出演，他用尽手段，最终倒在祖孙三人手下，落入法网。从“老魏”色调单一深沉的剧照上，我们就可以看出他的阴险邪恶与注定失败的悲剧命运。
此次马莉与吕新这对CP再度联手，延续默契，再造经典，将一个平凡却又极富传奇色彩的英雄故事搬上荧幕，为观众呈献一场年度温情大戏，监制顾蛮与编剧吕新都为之倾注了极大的心血和情感。出品人马莉表示，“来一场暖而温情的情感转变戏码，事态善恶本是两面，唯有真情永存，发掘内心善良与朴实，也是琬禾人做戏本份”。从初步构思到故事成型，历经多年修改打磨，千锤百炼终成剧本，编剧吕新为该片的成功打下了坚实的基础。再加上马莉、顾蛮团队精心的制作与出品，想必《我的爷爷是老兵》这部有血有肉，温情暖心的良心佳作一定能给观众带来别样的期待与感动。
My Awesome Grandpa
Li Guodong is a military veteran who once fought for the Korean War. Half of his lifetime as a solider makes him a man of integrity, rigorousness and uprightness. As a respected solider, however, he can hardly fit into an ordinary life after he retires and goes back home due to injury. He requires his family to strictly follow the military timetable; he cannot bear to hear words that insult the military or the country and he even argues with others over a joke; he has a strong sense of justice and always defends others against the injustice, regardless of others making fun of him... Li Guodong stubbornly sticks to his belief in a way he believes to be right, until one day he loses his 6 year-old grandson while chasing a thief.
It becomes the last straw that breaks down the family. Even though the kid is found and brought back, Guodong feels guilty for his son and daughter-in-law. Therefore, when the family pretend to move abroad, Guodong chooses to stay and protects the home on his own, until he meets Song Pengfei, a hopeless naughty teenager.
Song Pengfei’s father is an alcoholic. Pengfei’s mother cannot live with his cowardice and they finally get divorced. Young Pengfei was raised up by his grandfather. The 16 year-old teenager is in his rebellion period, especially after his grandfather passes away. He does not go to school and hangs out with Biaozi all the day, who is also lack of parents’ regulation. They wander around all day in Internet cafes and poolroom, and always try to make trouble, which makes them the well-known teenage delinquents in the neighborhood that no one dares to challenge.
Li Guodong sees his grandson in Pengfei and starts to pay attention to him, trying to help him break his bad habits. Pengfei is not grateful, but full of hostility to Guodong instead. Meanwhile, Guodong realizes that Pengfei and Biaozi seem to get into trouble and targeted by a famous local gangster “Weige (Bro Wei)”.
It turns out Weige intends to sell a new kind of stimulant in his poolroom, but loses the pack of cigarettes that contains the stimulant sample. He suspects that Pengfei and Biaozi have it, but after coercing them, Weige finds out the cigarettes are picked up by Guodong. Since Weige has records in the police station, he will end up nowhere but in the prison if the police get any evidence of him selling stimulants. In order to get back the crucial evidence, Weige constantly makes trouble for Guodong, never expecting him to be a low-key master. He not only fails to get back the sample, but gets beaten badly instead.
Watching Weige who gets beaten up black and blue, Pengfei feels like his faith crashes down all of a sudden. After all Weige is always his idol in his small world, while the weird old man he keeps avoiding turns out to be a master with extraordinary skills. Pengfei is eager to learn Kungfu from Guodong and Guodong gladly agrees to help him get back on the right track. They start to live together and eat together. They are not related by blood, but even more than that. Two lonely souls find warmth and consolation while staying with each other.
Just when Guodong and Pengfei think they could live like this forever, Weige keeps a close eye on them and kidnaps Pengfei’s father and teacher to make a threat to Guodong for getting back his stimulant sample. Pengfei struggles and rushes to Weige’s place on impulse to rescue them. Only learning a few kicks for days, Pengfei has no winning chance against Weige. At the critical moment, Guodong arrives and saves all the people, but gets shot when Weige kicks back.
The gunshot injury leads to his health problem relapse. Though he’s lucky to save his life, Guodong becomes dementia. However, Guodong is no longer alone. He has a “grandson” Pengfei, who will accompany with him for the rest of his life.
